LANCASTER, S.C. — The Lancaster Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a 54-year-old man who has been missing since July 24. Nathaniel Wydell Hawk was last seen on North Catawba Street in Lancaster between noon and 3 p.m.
According to police, Hawk has not had any contact with his family or friends since he was last seen in late July. Investigators reported that his cell phone battery died and has not been charged since his disappearance, police said.
Hawk is approximately 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He has a bald head and brown eyes. Police noted that he also goes by the nicknames “Nate” and “Wayne.”
The department is asking the public to share his information to assist in the search. Investigators stated that Hawk’s whereabouts are currently unknown. his cell phone has not been charged since it died and he has not had any contact with family or friends since he was last seen, police said.
