WESLEY CHAPEL, N.C. — There was a heated debate Monday night in Union County when residents, once again, fought plans for a new development right near Wesley Chapel Elementary School.
The last time a developer wanted to build at the site, people in the area fought against it and won.
The developer is trying again and this time has support from town leaders.
