CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Former Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly will lead a virtual lesson hosted by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools at noon Monday.
The free lesson is open to the public and any age student can tune in.

Students will need to go to Facebook.com/ProCamps or the main CMS Facebook page to watch the 30-minute lesson.
Kuechly will quiz students, answer questions and demonstrate a workout during the session.
