CONCORD, NC — The North Carolina Department of Transportation says a Concord driver's license examiner is charged with embezzlement.
A spokesperson says Travon Patterson admitted to taking money from the DMV office on Kannapolis Hwy over the past six weeks.
Patterson was taken to the Cabarrus Co. Detention Center and released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
