MATTHEWS, N.C. — Moxie Mercantile expects to open its third boutique in May.
It has snagged a 2,700-square-foot space — its largest to date — at 159 N. Trade St. in Matthews.

Owner Michelle Castelloe says requests for a Matthews store, along with the perfect location, helped drive the decision. That historic building boasts exposed brick, original hardwood floods and chandeliers.
