Local restaurateur snags Fort Mill location for latest brand

FORT MILL, S.C. — Charlotte restaurateur Jim Noble has snagged another location for his Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack brand.

He’ll open one at 314 N. White St. in Fort Mill — formerly home to Coleman’s Garage — this year.

He’s partnering with Durban Hospitality Group on the venture.

The concept — built around Noble’s great aunt Beulah’s fried chicken recipe — dishes up a limited menu.
