INDIAN LAND, S.C. — Life Time could bring its luxury fitness and wellness concept to Indian Land.
The Minnesota-based fitness giant, part of Life Time Group Holdings Inc., wants to rezone nearly 13 acres on Charlotte Highway and Red Ventures Drive. That proposed shift from mixed use to a regional business district would allow for a 93,000-square-foot, two-story private recreation facility, according to a Lancaster County planning commission agenda. Plans also call for over 50,000 square feet of outdoor pools and decking.
Life Time would be constructed on a piece of land owned by Lancaster Real Estate Group, care/of Red Ventures LLC, Lancaster County property records show.
