CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C.,None — A Cleveland County man is accused of cutting a man’s arm with a knife.
Bobby Eugene Hatcher, 34, of the 1200 block ofYarn Mill Road east of Shelby, cut a Shelby man on his lower left arm with a black and silver knife Feb. 24, according to a warrant for his arrest.
The complainant gave sworn testimony to a Cleveland County magistrate judge, who issued the arrest warrant.
Hatcher was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. He is scheduled to appear in Cleveland County District Court next Friday.
