CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man is behind bars, accused of shooting two people outside a University City restaurant over the weekend.
Olajuwon Carithers faces several charges, including assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Both victims are expected to be OK.
The shooting happened early Sunday morning outside the Flo Restaurant on East McCullough Drive.
Officers told Channel 9 that two groups began fighting inside when the confrontation spilled out into the parking lot, and Carithers shot two men.
