He said his daughter has nightmares and is getting therapy.
"Just don't understand why. That's all I want to know is why," the father said.
He did not get an answer from Allegar or his attorney.
"Although we can't give explanation perhaps we can give closure on this matter and allow the healing process to begin," said Stuart Higdon, defense attorney.
