FORT MILL, S.C. — Masonite International Corp. has confirmed its plans for expansion in the Charlotte region.

Last week, the door manufacturer announced it would add more than 220 new jobs as it occupies a new facility in Fort Mill. The 370,000-square-foot building will serve as a manufacturing location for Masonite. Named Lakemont77, the building is located at 160 Steele Pointe Drive and is owned by Invesco Advisors Inc.
