CHARLOTTE — A northeast Charlotte man is being held on no bond after police say he and another man raped a woman.

Court documents say Reginald Moses met the woman on Snapchat and agreed to pay her for sex.
The affidavit says when she arrived to meet Moses, he was wearing a mask and pointing a gun.
Police say Moses and another masked man then sexually assaulted the woman.
