MATTHEWS, N.C. — A group of residents at Carrington Place Rehabilitation and Living Center just received their first round of COVID-19 vaccines, but that’s not the only thing they got.

Thanks to an ‘Adopt a Grandparent’ program, a local business delivered dozens of colorful balloons.
