CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bank of America Corp. is again upping salaries for junior bankers starting next year.
First-year analysts in global corporate and investment banking, global markets and global research will see a starting salary at $100,000 a year, according to a memo viewed by the Charlotte Business Journal. Second-year analysts will have a salary set at $105,000. Third-year analysts in global markets and research will see a $110,000 salary, according to the memo.

The changes will go into effect on Feb. 1. Salaries were increased from $95,000 to $105,000 per year. It’s part of an ongoing process throughout the industry to attract and retain junior bankers.
