CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Three men accused of firing shots into a car and killing a man in University City will face a judge for the first time on Monday.
Police said Demahj Wright, Oyontai Bostic and Demetry Leak are charged in the murder of Tevin Snow, who was shot along WT Harris Boulevard last week.

Investigators said the trio fired at least three shots into Snow's car.
Sources told Channel 9 the men involved knew each other and it wasn't a random road rage incident.
