CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Channel 9 meteorologist John Ahrens' wife Sobrina gave birth to a healthy baby girl Monday.
Ahlay Faith Ahrens was born at 11:05 a.m. and weighed 6 pounds 5 ounces.
Both mommy and baby are doing well.
