Mini doughnuts sold nationwide recalled after allergic reaction reported

CHARLOTTE — Mini donuts distributed to retailers nationwide and sold on Amazon are being recalled because they contain an undeclared milk allergen.

The Food and Drug Administration announced the recall on Monday, reporting that the desserts were recalled following a report of an allergic reaction. The Better Bakehouse Snack Company recalled certain lots of its Donutful Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Cake Donuts.

The donuts were packaged in 7.05 oz cartons, containing 10 mini donuts. They can be identified by lot code 26078 and the Best If Used by date of Sept. 15. The recalled lot was manufactured and distributed in March 2026.

Those who purchased the recalled items are asked to dispose of them and get a refund from the place of purchase.
