CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Craig Romney, son of Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, was in Charlotte on Saturday to stump for his father.
Eyewitness News asked Romney about his father's thoughts on the unrest in the Middle East, but he said he'd leave the answer to his dad and his office's foreign policy experts.
During his visit, Romney knocked on doors and explained why it was important for him and his brothers to be part of the campaign.
"One thing I can do that's a little unique is share the personal side of who my dad is, to talk about his experience not only in business, but also in our family and in our home," Romney said.
During his visit, Romney also hosted a Hispanic small business talk at Morrison Regional Library. He also attended a barbecue at the Charlotte Victory office.
