CORNELIUS, N.C. — A Mooresville company is taking over a stalled project in Cornelius.

According to the Charlotte Business Journal, River Rock Development is looking for a grocery chain and a medical tenant for the Alexander Farms project.

River Rock has already built cottage homes in the area.

The company is taking over commercial development from another company, according to the Business Journal.
