HICKORY, N.C. — A Hickory mother is due in court Monday after police say her two young boys were severely beaten by her boyfriend.
Last week, Allison Hullett was in court when Jeffrey Sumpter was arraigned in the incident.
Police say he caused the boys to have serious injuries while watching them last month, including a fractured skull and a torn intestine.
Then, officials charged Hullett after Sumpter was arraigned. She's charged with abuse.
