MONROE, N.C. — The United States Marshals and the Union County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Kyliel Wade Friday afternoon at his home in Monroe.

Wade is one of three men who have been arrested stemming from a murder investigation from 2014 in Kinston.

Wade and two other men are responsible for the shooting death of 28-year-old Devon Jones in 2014, officials said.

Wade is charged with first-degree murder and was taken to the Union County Jail after the arrest.

Jones was found shot multiple times and died at the scene.
