CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Taylor Morrison Home Corp. has launched homes sales in the Overlook at Barber Rock community in Indian Land, where it plans to build 125 residences.

A model home is complete and construction of eight homes has started in the community. Taylor Morrison plans to build ranches and two-story homes starting in the low $300,000s.
