CHARLOTTE — After securing a rezoning for the project last week, a pair of developers have formally revealed plans for a new mixed-use development in South End.

Charlotte-based developer White Point Partners and Greystar, headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, said this week that they would build a 24-story high-rise building at 1714 South Blvd. The project calls for 324 apartments and about 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
