Avery Hall has filed a rezoning petition with the city to rezone the land to TOD-CC, or transit-oriented development community center, a moderately intense zoning district. A mix of commercial and residential uses are permitted in TOD-CC, and new buildings may be up to 90 feet tall byright or up to 130 feet through a height bonus.
