CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Welcome to the neighborhood: The Bottle Cap Group’s newest concept, called Rosemont, is now open in South End.
That neighborhood tavern is located at 1714 South Boulevard in Charlotte. It replaces Wu’s Cajun Sea Food — another Bottle Cap establishment.
Rosemont is courting regulars, with daily live music and events such as Champagne Mondays and Honky Tonk Night.
The menu dishes up creative cocktails and classic — but quality — bar food, says Morgan Conroy, marketing director for the Charlotte restaurant group. Beverage director Andrew Izrael puts his spin on well-known libations, with offerings such as the Rosemont Mule or Char L.I.T. — a take on Long Island Iced Tea.
