CHARLOTTE — The new owners of the first phase of the planned Brooklyn Village project are ready to move forward with planning to revive the long-stalled, mixed-use project in Uptown Charlotte.

Andre Collins and Jubal Early, former colleagues at the Charlotte firm then known as Lincoln Harris, are the lead partners in First & Early Capital, a private equity-backed real estate investment firm.
