Newly appointed State Board of Elections schedules hearing on District 9 investigation

RALEIGH, N.C. — The newly appointed State Board of Elections will hold a public evidentiary hearing Monday, Feb. 18, to discuss claims of irregularities related to absentee by-mail voting in the 9th Congressional District.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. in Raleigh and officials said it will likely last two days.
