Officials: 65-year-old man hit, killed by pickup truck while crossing Rock Hill street

ROCK HILL, S.C. — A 65-year-old man was killed Friday night when he was struck by a pickup truck in Rock Hill, officials said.

John Talford was hit at about 7:30 p.m. crossing Dave Lyle Boulevard at the Anderson Road interchange, the York County Coroner’s Office said.

The investigation is ongoing.
