STANLY COUNTY, N.C. — A medical condition may have caused a deadly single-vehicle wreck Thursday afternoon off Austin Road near Highway 73 in Stanly County west of Albemarle.
The vehicle driven by Jimmy Honeycutt, 64, drifted right and collided with a tree.
Honeycutt died from the incident.
