GASTONIA, N.C. — Someone is dead from a shooting in Gastonia on Saturday, authorities say.
The shooting happened on Davie Street in Gastonia, according to Gaston County Communications.
Gaston EMS confirmed one person died from the shooting.

On Monday, Gastonia PD told Channel 9 detectives determined the person took their own life.
