PAGELAND, S.C. — The Pageland Town Council voted Tuesday to conditionally reinstate Police Chief Craig Greenlee and Capt. Dean Short.
Greenlee and Short were placed on leave after being accused of breaking into a Pageland officer's home. A South Carolina Law Enforcement Division investigation cleared them.

The town of Pageland is not saying exactly when Greenlee and Short will return to work, but they have been reinstated.
