CHARLOTTE — Panthers wide receiver DJ Moore and area prep and college football coaches led a camp of over 200 kids on Saturday at Ardrey Kell High School.
Campers in first grade through eighth grade were able to experience various stations to learn fundamental football skills as well as strength and conditioning.
The children braved the heat to learn from the best, and DJ Moore said the kids were surprised to see him in person.

“You really DJ Moore? Oh my God, I didn’t know that was you. I’ve never seen you outside of Madden or with your helmet off, so it’s like, it’s pretty cool just to know that they really watching the game,” Moore said.
Every kid at the event got Moore’s autograph and a team picture with him.
