Pedestrian struck, injured by vehicle in west Charlotte, MEDIC says

CHARLOTTE — One person was injured after getting struck by a vehicle in west Charlotte Monday night, MEDIC said.

MEDIC responded to a call at the intersection of Honeywood Avenue and Brookshire Boulevard around 9 p.m.

Upon arrival, they found one person with life-threatening injuries. The patient was transported to a nearby hospital.

No additional details have been made available.
