PINEVILLE, N.C. — The Pineville Police Department is mourning the loss of K-9, Ciro, who passed away on Thursday.
Ciro served the Pineville Police Department for 7 years.
During his career, Ciro assisted several federal agencies and was responsible for seizures totaling over $1 million in illegal proceeds and more than 100 pounds of illegal narcotics.
“Thank you for your service, Ciro,” Pineville Police posted on social media.
