GASTONIA, N.C. — A man held up a Kingway gas station at gunpoint Sunday evening in Gastonia, police said.
He is described as a black man wearing a red ball cap and red vest with a black shirt underneath. He was armed with a black handgun.
The armed robbery was called in about 8 p.m. to 4606 Chapel Grove School Road.
No one was injured and no arrests have been made.
Police said the man demanded money and cigarettes.
