CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A missing 69-year-old Charlotte man with dementia was found unharmed in Cherokee County on Sunday, officials said.
Harold Manuel White was last seen on Fourth Street at the Walk for Alzheimer’s event on Saturday and a Silver Alert was issued by the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons.
