CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte man is in jail Saturday morning after being convicted of his fifth DWI.
Jarret Grier was given the maximum sentence for a habitual drunk driver: two years.
He spent 14 months in prison for his first habitual charge in 2010.
His first DWI was in 2006.
