MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Police in Mooresville are hoping to track down a man wanted for indecent liberties with a minor.
Authorities are looking for Matthew Coulter, who is accused of failing to register as a sex offender.
Anyone with information on where he might be is asked to call police.
