Police charged a man they said sold consigned boats and trailers without giving the original owners any money.
Seth Bloom was charged with obtaining property by false pretense.
Bloom is the owner of Monster Marine in Mooresville.
The victim's told investigators they gave Bloom their boats to sell.
Once they were sold, he's accused of keeping the money.
He's also accused of never giving the new owners titles to the boats and trailers.
