CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is increasing its presence outside an east Charlotte abortion clinic.
For years, pro life and pro choice protesters have clashed outside a women's health center on Latrobe Drive.
City Manager Marcus Jones said there haven’t been any traffic issues on the street, so they will not be making any changes to parking
Jones said the community relations committee will meet with protesters in the coming weeks to discuss what is lawful.
