CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte Mecklenburg police need the public's help finding a man wanted on more than a dozen outstanding warrants.
Police said Johnny Williams is accused of everything from probation violation to felony larcenies and resisting an officer.
They said Williams spends a lot of time in the Grier Heights neighborhood.
