CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte suspect is on the loose after police said he cut off his electronic monitoring.
Officer said Deshawn McManus cut the bracelet Wednesday when he was near West Boulevard and Reid Avenue.
Police said McManus had been out on probation for a break-in in 2011.
He has a long criminal history including robbery and auto theft.
