SALISBURY, N.C. — Police in Virginia made an arrest in the murder of a man in Salisbury on Saturday.
Kevin Toomer is now awaiting extradition to Rowan County. Police said he shot and killed Eric Feamster at the end of July at the Clancy Hills apartments.
Another man was also shot, but survived.
