MATTHEWS, N.C. — A popular movie theatre in Matthews will show its last film at the end of the month, according to officials.
The Cinemark Movies 10 theater opened almost 20 years ago and is on East Independence Boulevard.
It will close Aug. 23.
Channel 9 called the theater’s corporate office for a comment but have not heard back.
