CHARLOTTE — Pre-leasing has launched for the second phase of Northwood Ravin’s Providence Row apartment community.
The Charlotte developer is adding 333 more apartments to its existing multifamily development at 5350 Pinehurst Park Drive in SouthPark. Phase one opened with 326 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in 2019. Northwood Ravin bought the 36-acre property in 2014 for $45.1 million.

Construction on phase two began in 2021, and residents are set to begin moving in next month. Pre-leasing kicked off in late April. Rents for one-, two- and three-bedroom units start at $1,873, $2,552 and $3,215, respectively, according to the Providence Row website.
