CHESTER, S.C. — Publix Super Markets, Inc. announced Monday morning that two new grocery stores will be opening in the Charlotte area next year.
Officials said there will be a new 49,000 square-foot Publix in Cotswold on Randolph Road as well as a new 49,000 square-foot store at Brawley Commons on Mooresville at the corner of Brawley School Road and Williamson Road.
There was no exact date announced for the store openings, only that it would be sometime in 2016.
