Ramp from I-77 to I-485 inner loop in south Charlotte reopens after tractor-trailer overturns

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The ramp to the Interstate 485 inner loop in south Charlotte has reopened after a tractor-trailer overturned Tuesday morning.

Chopper 9 flew over the scene, and several North Carolina State Highway Patrol vehicles could be seen near the crash at the ramp from Interstate 77 northbound to I-485 near Exit 1B.

MEDIC said no one was hurt in the crash. Officials have not said what led to the wreck.

The ramp was closed for several hours while crews worked to clear the road.
