Restaurant, taproom snag space in downtown Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Downtown Rock Hill will gain a restaurant and taproom early next year.

Hobo’s — a Fort Mill favorite for burgers and hand-spun milkshakes — has snagged 6,843 square feet in The Perch.

Hobo’s will be located in the former Coca-Cola Bottling Plant at 520 Cherry Road. The restaurant has been a staple in downtown Fort Mill since 2015. Its new space will have a 500-square-foot outdoor patio, as well as a private room for events.

Off the Tracks Brewing will occupy 2,236 square feet in a new, two-story mixed-use building, directly across from Hobo’s.
