Restaurant that debuted in pandemic to add a second location at LKN (Charlotte Business Journal)

CORNELIUS N.C. — This South End restaurant is expanding its footprint with a Lake Norman location next year.

Vana LKN has snagged a 2,016-square-foot space at Heritage Plaza, 20823 N. Main St. in Cornelius.

The goal is to open that restaurant by mid-year.

ELZ opened the first location of Vana — the Sanskrit word for forest — in South End in August 2020 after a number of delays tied to COVID-19.
