CHARLOTTE — Parliament Hospitality will bring three new concepts to lower South End in 2023.
The Charlotte restaurant group — behind Para in South End, which opens next week — has taken two spaces in The Platform at 3232 South Blvd., said Chet Desai, one of the partners.
“We’re already moving forward with expansion,” Desai said.

Plans call for an 11,000-square-foot rooftop to be split between indoor and outdoor space on the building’s third floor.
A private dining venue will dish up globally influenced, curated dinners and experiences. A separate restaurant will feature a large patio, with skyline views of uptown Charlotte.
On the ground floor, Parliament has taken 2,900 square feet for a pizzeria.
